RETURN + EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Refunds are not available for any purchases.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return unused and unopened items at your own expense for shipping.
  • Once we receive and verify that the items are in their original condition, we will issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

While we strive for accuracy and quality in every order, occasional errors or manufacturer defects may occur.

To report an issue with an incorrect or defective item:

  3. Provide the following details:
  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The product name
  • A description of the issue (e.g., defect or incorrect item)
  • Photos of the product and its original packaging

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Damaged During Transit

We are not responsible for items damaged during transit. In such cases, please contact the carrier directly. We can provide supporting documentation to assist with your claim.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, refusal, or an undeliverable address:

  • The items will be restocked, and store credit (minus the original shipping cost) will be issued.
  • If you wish to have the package reshipped, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Timeframe for Reporting Issues

  • Lost, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Faulty equipment or manufacturer defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
